Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winboxh5 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. winboxh5 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Account registration on winboxh5 constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies published on the winboxh5 platform, as amended from time to time.
4.1 All deposits to your winboxh5 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. winboxh5 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. winboxh5 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted to winboxh5 are processed within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to the completion of any required verification.
4.4 winboxh5 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, winboxh5 will notify you and may request supporting documentation before proceeding.
5.1 winboxh5 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Bonuses are credited solely for genuine play. winboxh5 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, structured betting designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements, and collusion between players.
5.3 Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are specified in the individual offer terms at winboxh5.
6.1 All bets placed on winboxh5 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, casino, live dealer, slots), which are published within the relevant section of the platform.
6.2 winboxh5 reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances: obvious errors in odds or game configurations; system failures that materially affect bet processing; events that are subsequently found to have been manipulated or fixed; and bets placed in breach of these Terms.
6.3 Sportsbook bets placed after the official start of an event (late bets) may be voided at winboxh5's discretion. Mix Parlay selections are subject to the rules published in the Mix Parlay section. In the event that one leg of a Mix Parlay is voided, the remaining legs stand at their original odds unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
6.4 Maximum payout limits apply to all winboxh5 products. These limits are published within the relevant product section and are subject to change. The payout limit applicable at the time a bet is placed shall govern the maximum winnings payable on that bet.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winboxh5 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

12.1 winboxh5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to satisfy identity or age verification; suspected fraud or money laundering; account inactivity; or any other reason that winboxh5 determines poses a risk to platform integrity or other players.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach, any verifiable Account balance (after satisfying any pending verification requirements) will be returned to the Player via a payment method approved by winboxh5. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may be forfeited in whole or in part.
12.3 You may request closure of your winboxh5 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within three business days. Any outstanding bets at the time of closure request will be settled normally unless the account is being closed for breach.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which winboxh5 is incorporated, as specified in the licensing documentation applicable to the platform. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence requires otherwise.
